几种药用植物的抑菌作用

【摘要】 对药用植物的抑菌作用进行了研究,测试了不同药用植物对细菌的抑菌圈大小、最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度,试验了提取成分对热的稳定性,结果发现:小檗色素对大肠杆菌抑菌作用最强,酸浆花萼色素对变形杆菌抑菌作用最强,红景天浓缩液对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌作用最强,小茴香浓缩液对四种待试菌无抑菌作用;小檗色素对四种待试菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为:枯草芽孢杆菌MIC2.5%、MBC5.0%,大肠杆菌MIC5.0%、MBC5.0%,金黄色葡萄球菌MIC2.5%、MBC5.0%,变形杆菌MIC1.25%、MBC1.25%;酸浆花萼色素的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为:枯草芽孢杆菌MIC4.18%、MBC4.18%,大肠杆菌MIC8.35%、MBC8.35%,金黄色葡萄球菌MIC4.18%、MBC4.18%,变形杆菌MIC4.18%、MBC8.35%;红景天浓缩液的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为:枯草芽孢杆菌MIC2.09%、MBC4.18%,大肠杆菌MIC2.09%、MBC2.09%,金黄色葡萄球菌MIC8.35%、MBC8.35%,变形杆菌MIC4.18%、MBC8.35%,小檗色素、酸浆花萼色素和红景天浓缩液抑菌成分对高温稳定,抑菌机理尚待研究。

【Abstract】 This paper studied on antimicrobial effect of medicinal plant. In another word,the antimicrobial cir-cle, MIC and MBC were tested. The extracted constituents showed stability against high temperature. The re-sults showed: the Berberis heteropoda pigment could effectively inhibit the growth of the Escherichia coli,thecalyx pigment of Physalis alkekengi could effectively inhibit the growth of the Bacterium proteus,the concentrat-ed liquid of Rhodiola sachalinensis could effectively inhibit the growth of the Bacillus subitilis,the concentratedliquid of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. has no antimicrobial effect on the four bacteria. The MIC and MBC of theBerberis heteropoda pigment affecting 4 species of bacteria were: Bacillus subitilis:MIC2. 5% .MBC5. 0%, Es-cherichia coli: MIC5. 0%. MBC5. 0%, Staphylococcus aurous: MIC2. 5%. MBC5. 0%, Bacterium proteus:MIC1. 25% .MBC1. 25 %; The MIC and MBC of the calyx pigment of Physalis alkekengi were: Bacillus subitilis:MIC4. 18%. MBC4. 18%, Escherichia coli: MIC8. 35%. MBC8. 35%, Staphylococcus aurous: MIC4. 18%.MBC4. 18%, Bacterium Proteus: M1C4. 18% .MBC8. 35%: The MIC and MBC of the concentrated liquid of Rho-diola sachalinensis were: Bacillus subitilis:MIC2. 09% .MBC4. 18%, Escherichia coli:MIC2. 09 % .MBC2. 09%.Staphylococcus aurous: MIC8. 35%. MBC8. 35%,Bacterium proteus: MIC4. 18% .MBC8. 35%. The antimicro-bial activity of the three extracts under high temperature was stable. The mechanism of antimicrobe needs fur-ther study.
