基于数值仿真技术求解铰链机构磨损概率寿命

【摘要】 以数值仿真技术对曲柄滑块机构中的铰链摩擦副磨损状态进行了研究,建立了同时考虑压力和温度影响时铰链机构的磨损仿真模型,对三对铰链接触处的磨损提出了具体的算法方案,在Visual Basic环境下编写了通用程序获得了更加准确的仿真结果。首次提出了磨损概率寿命的概念,在载荷呈正态随机分布时利用蒙特卡洛法计算出三对铰链摩擦副的磨损概率寿命。
【Abstract】 Based on numerical simulation, a study is made on the wear state of hinge configurations in a crane-block mechanism. Simulation models are established in which load and temperature are taken into consideration. The wear algorithm is proposed for the three couples of hinge configurations, and the program is coded using Visual Basic, obtaining more accurate simulation results than before. A concept of probabilistic wear lifetime is presented for the first time, which is resolved by Monte Cairo method when the load is of normal distribution.
