四轴加工中心热误差建模及补偿技术研究

【摘要】 文章基于多体系统理论,提出四轴加工中心的热误差建模理论和方法,同时介绍了热误差模型的参数辨识。最后对工件优选了5个测温点,实时测量其温度,作为误差参数辨识的输入值,实现了软件实时补偿。在该加工中心上分别沿4个坐标方向加工工件表面并比较补偿结果,表明补偿效果显著。
【Abstract】 Based on MBS(Multi-body System Theory),a thermal error model was presented here in four axes machining centers as well as the related compensation method. At the same time, the experimentally parameter-identifying of the model was introduced. Five temperature sensors was selected after optimization and the temperature changes from their readings offered as the inputs to the error parameter models. Then a real-time software compensation was carried out, a set of small surfaces were out on the machine center along the four axes with and without compensation. An obvious improvement after the compensation was showed from the measurement results.
