【摘要】 本文介绍了KDP晶体加工专用超精密机床基于PMAC运动控制器的双CPU开放式数控系统,并详细说明了系统硬件构建和软件实现及伺服控制方法。超精密机床数控系统采用工业控制计算机作为上位机完成数控加工中的非实时任务,PMAC运动控制器作为下位机完成实时的控制任务。本系统应用于KDP晶体专用超精密机床加工铝试件,获得了表面粗糙度5nm的表面,验证了数控系统的实用性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 A double CPU open architecture special CNC system of ultra-precision machine tool which is used for machining KDP crystal based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis controller) motion controller was proposed in this paper , in which the hardware and software designs and method of servo control were explained in detail . An open motion-controlling processor was used as the subordinate computer to realize real-time control and a IPC-based platform was used as the principal computer running on the Microsoft Windows 9x/NT to realize irreal-time control in NC machining . According to the diamond cutting experiments of aluminum alloys , a surface roughness can be less than 5 nm . The practicability and reliability of CNC system were verified.
