颗粒级配对反应烧结碳化硅摩擦磨损特性的影响

【摘要】 研究了两种碳化硅粒子(14μm和42μm)不同比例配比的反应烧结碳化硅材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:反应烧结碳化硅的干摩擦摩擦系数和磨损率均表现在42μm冲碳化硅粒子加入量为零和50%时最低,而其它比例的较高。水润滑时的摩擦系数和磨损率在不加42μm碳化硅粒子时最低,在42μm碳化硅粒子50%时次之,并且比干摩擦时的成倍降低。

【Abstract】 The effect of SiC particles matching (14μm and 42μm ) on thetribological properties of reaction-bonded silicon carbide has beenstudied in this paper. The results showed that the friction coeffi-cient and wear rate of reaction-bonded silicon carbide would bethe lowest under dry friction when the amount of 42μm SiC parti-cle was 0% and 50%, but would be higher when the amount of42μm SiC particle was 25%, 75% and 100%, respectively.They would also be the lowest under water lubrication when the a-mount of 42μm SiC particle was 0%, the particles matching 1: 1was followed. The friction coefficient and wear rate would be de-creased some times when the friction test was lubricated by water.
