碳源和氮源对紫丁香蘑菌丝生长的影响研究

【摘要】 通过对紫丁香蘑(Lepista nuda)菌丝对碳、氮营养的利用情况研究,结果表明,紫丁香蘑菌丝对不同碳源、氮源的利用具有显著差异,其菌丝生长的最适碳源为淀粉,其次为麦芽糖,而对甘露醇的利用最差;最适于紫丁香蘑菌丝生长的氮源为酵母粉,其次为蛋白胨,对尿素的利用最差。
【Abstract】 The utilization ability of Lepista nuda mycelium for 6 different C-sources and N-sources was studied.The results showed that the utilization of L. nuda with different C-sources and N-sources had significance diffenerces. Starch was the best C-source for the L. nuda mycelium growing, maltose took the second place, while mannitol was the worst. The results also showed that yeast powder was the best N-source for the L. nuda mycelium growing,while peptone took the second place and urea was the worst.
