【摘要】 本研究利用填装土柱在可控温、湿培养条件下探索了不同土壤容重对耕层土娄土硝化作用的影响。结果表明,对耕层土娄土,由于其团粒结构发达,硝化细菌活性较高,在施氮量分别为11.74和33.49 mg·kg-1条件下,当土壤容重从1.25 g·cm-3增加至1.45 g·cm-3时,硝化作用过程无明显变化。表明,对耕层土娄土,施氮量在较低范围内的变动和一定范围内土壤紧实度(容重)的改变对肥料氮的硝化作用过程影响不显著。

【Abstract】 The effect of soil bulk density on nitration in tilled surface Lou-soil was investigated with the poles that primed with different bulk density soil under the condition that temperature and moisture can be controlled. The results showed that the soil density hardly influence the nitration of tilled surface Lou-soil for good soil aggregate structure and for the better activation of the nitrobacteria.There were no obviously changes in the nitration processes for the N application amount of 11.74 and 33.49 mg·kg-1 when the soil bulk density increased from 1.25 g·cm-3 to 1.45 g·cm-3.This results indicated that when the mounts of N fertilizer changed within the lower level and when the soil bulk density changed within 1.25 g·cm-3 to 1.45 g·cm-3, these tow factors hardly influence the nitration process for the tilled surface Lou-soil under the examination conditions.
