生物质催化裂解实验研究

【摘要】 本研究用2个串联管式炉作反应器,一个装有生物质,一个装有催化剂,用以研究锻烧白云石和镍基催化剂对生物质热解产物和气体成分分布的影响。测试的3种生物质为:松木木粉、木质素和纤维素。实验结果表明:白云石在低温时对焦油催化裂解的作用不大,只有当温度高于700℃时才会起到焦油裂解作用;镍基催化剂在较低的温度,如600℃下即可起到显著的焦油裂解作用。白云石和镍基催化剂均可显著地提高热解气中H2的含量,镍基催化剂的作用更大,约将H2含量提高一倍左右。镍基催化剂具有强烈地降低热解气中CH4含量的作用,白云石也起到降低热解气中CH4含量的作用,但降低的幅度较小。白云石和镍基催化剂对三种物料C2组分的影响作用相同,即均使C2组分大量减少。白云石和镍基催化剂对锯末和纤维素的热解气成分影响作用相同,但影响幅度不同。白云石和镍基催化剂对木质素热解气中H2,CH4和C2组分的影响作用相同,对CO和CO2的影响作用相反。

【Abstract】 Two tubular furnaces are installed as the experimental apparatus, one filled with biomass, the other filled with catalysts. Pine sawdust, lignin and cellulose are used as the test material; calcined dolomite and nickel-based are employed as catalysts. The effect of catalysts on the products distribution and gas composition of the pyrolysis of three samples is investigated. The results show that calcined dolomite can reduce the tar yield only when the temperature exceeds over 700℃, while nickel-based catalysts show a strong effect of tar cracking even when the temperature is as low as 600℃ for the pyrolysis of pine sawdust and cellulose. For these three samples, both calcined dolomite and nickel-based catalyst can elevate the hydrogen content greatly. The nickel-based catalyst has a stronger effect. The content of CH4 can be reduced a lot through the use of nickel-based catalysts. For the catalytic pyrolysis of all the samples, both calcined dolomites and nickel-based catalysts can reduce the content of C2 in their gaseous products greatly. Nickel-based catalysts have the same affect on the content variation of CO and CO2 as calcined dolomite for the pyrolysis of pine sawdust and cellulose. As to the pyrolysis of lignin, nickel-based catalysts and calcined dolomite exhibit different effect on the content change of CO and CO2.
