绿色木霉对疫霉病菌的拮抗机制及温室效果

【摘要】 通过绿色木霉与黄瓜疫霉病菌的对峙培养、抗生作用测定以及温室盆栽试验证明:在对峙培养中绿色木霉能迅速生长,覆盖黄瓜疫霉病菌,并寄生抑制其生长;绿色木霉发酵培养48h 产生的抗生物质对黄瓜疫霉的抑制作用较72h、96h 的强。盆栽试验表明其制成品对黄瓜疫病有显著的效果。

【Abstract】 A dual culture experiment was conducted in vitro to observe the hyphal interactions of Trichoderma viride and pathogenic fungi, and another experiment was conducted by fermentaion to determine the antibiosis of culture filtrate of Trichoderma viride. In the greenhouse, cucumber plants were grown with Trichoderma viride and Phytophthora melonis treating. The results showed that the mechanism of biocontrol of Trichoderma viride mainly came from mycoparasitism and antibiosis. Trichoderma viride could inhabit Phytophthora melonis by mycoparasitism, and the antibiotic substances they secreted could also inhibit the growth of P. melonis markedly. In the greenhouse, the results showed that the control effect of a product of Trichoderma viride against cucumber Phytophthora melonis reached 84%.
