漂浮栽培系统净化猪场废水的研究

【摘要】 研究利用漂浮栽培系统栽培水葫芦、美人蕉、风车草、香根草对养猪场废水的净化效果及对水体中氨化细菌和碱性磷酸酶的影响。结果表明:水葫芦、美人蕉、风车草、香根草对水体中氮的去除率分别为92.53%,91.45%,86.99%,82.05%;对磷的去除效果以美人蕉和水葫芦最好,去除率分别达98.08%和97.49%,且与风车草、香根草和对照处理有显著差异;栽培不同植物对水体中氮化细菌种群的变化影响不大,水葫芦、美人蕉、风车草、香根草和对照处理碱性磷酸酶的活性与总磷的去除没有显著的相关性,栽培美人蕉的系统碱性磷酸酶活性与正磷酸盐的浓度变化呈显著的负相关性(r=-0.97**),水葫芦、美人蕉、风车草、香根草和对照处理相关性不显著。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the purification effect of P, N by planting water hyacinth, Canna, Cyperus and Vetiver in a floating culture system and the change of ammonifying bacteria flock and total alkaline phosphate activity in pig farm wastewater. The results showed that the removal rates of nitrogen by planting water hyacinth, Canna, Cyperus and Vetiver were 92. 53%, 91. 45%, 86. 99% and 82. 05% respectively. Water hyacinth and Canna were the best species to remove phosphorus, with removal rate of 98. 08% and 97. 49% respectively and they were significant differences with other treatments. There were not significant differences between the treatments for ammonifying bacteria population, the total alkaline phosphate activity and total phosphorus removal rate had little correlation, the total alkaline phosphate activity in the system planting Canna had significant negative correlation with phosphate concentration and there were no relative correlations between other treatments.
