竹林生物肥研制、施用方法和肥效研究

【摘要】 本文对竹类植物根际有益微生物和根际联合固氮研究概况进行了总结,并对竹林生物肥的研制、施用和肥效进行了初步报导。结果表明:以竹子联合固氮理论为基础,以筛选自竹类植物根际的联合固氮菌和根际促生菌为主要功能菌研制的竹林生物肥液体菌剂和竹林生物有机肥,具有显著促进竹子生长、提高苗木成活率、提高竹笋产量和改良土壤的作用。麻竹组培苗液体菌剂沾根,提高苗木生物量达203.5%-220.8%,提高幼苗成活率达56.2%;液体菌剂和砻糠拌和堆制后沟施,增加竹笋产量达25.4%;雷竹笋用林施用竹林生物有机肥不仅显著提高母竹出笋和幼笋成竹数,而且土壤微生物量提高1-2个数量级。此项研究初步建立了配套的笋用竹林生物肥施用技术,尤其是在竹林生物有机肥的研制中,形成了一套化学和生物方法结合的秸秆降解和促腐技术,不仅具有显著的肥效,且具改良土壤和保护环境的作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, general research situations about plant growth promoting rhizobacteria and associated nitrogen fixation in bamboo rhizosphere have been summarized; the manufacture, applying and effect of bamboo bio-fertilizers have been reported. It is shown that by azoterbacteria and PGPR from bamboo rhizosphere, two kinds of agents of bamboo bio-fertilizers have been manufactured, one is liquid agent and another is bio-organic one. A lot of experiments had shown that applying bamboo bio-fertilizers can promote growth of bamboo, enhance the survival rate of younglings, increase yield of shoots and improve soil remarkably. Set of applying methods of bamboo bio-fertilizers special for bamboo shoot forests have been established. Especially, in the course of study of bamboo bio-organic fertilizer, a new technology has been established utilizing plant wastes to manufacture organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer and organic potash fertilizer. This technology can accelerate decomposition of plant wastes. The fertilizer made by this technology not only with very good fertility, but also it can improve soil and protect environment.
