纳米TiO2制备的多因素优化试验
Multi-factor Optimizing Experiment in the Preparation of Nanometer TiO2

【摘要】 采用沉淀法制备纳米TiO2,利用均匀设计U7(76)安排试验,通过对钛液,TX-10,4528,SJY,pH值,温度6因素多水平试验,检测其最终产物纳米TiO2的粒径等指标,经过计算机回归分析,建立了相应的数学模型,找到各因素对纳米TiO2制备的影响规律,得到最佳的因素和水平组合.发现了活性剂和添加剂对最终产品质量的重要影响.
【Abstract】 The multi-level experiments were made of titanium liquid, TX-10, 6501, SJY, pH value and temperature, and the particle diameter of the final nanometer TiO2 product was tested by using precipitating method to prepare nanometer TiO2 and using even design U7(76) to arrange the experiments. After regression analysis with computer, the appropriate mathematical model was made, the influence of every factor on the preparation of nanometer TiO2 was assessed and the best factor and level combination were received.
