制备条件对羟基磷灰石纳米粒子形貌的影响
Influences of Preparation Conditions on the Morphology of Nano-size Hydroxyapatite Particles

【摘要】 在以NH4HPP4和Ca(NO3)2为原料制备羟基磷灰石纳米粒子的反应体系中,比较了不同原料加入方式和陈化条件对粒子分散特性的影响.相对于倾倒加料方式,滴加加料方式能将反应中形成的羟基磷灰石晶核有效地分散,进而避免了HA粒子的团聚;在沸腾条件下陈化处理反应沉淀物会产生严重的团聚现象,水热条件下的陈化会出现明显的生长现象,室温下陈化处理可以确保羟基磷灰石粒子准确的化学计量并有效地抑制粒子的生长和团聚.
【Abstract】 During the preparation of hydroxyapatite (Ca10(OH)2(PO4), HA), using NH4HPO4 and Ca(NO3)2 as raw materials, the influences of raw materials mixing method (raw materials dropping and dumping) and aging the obtained precipitate under various conditions were characterized by means of TEM, XRD and Laser particle size analyzer. It has been found that the dropping addition of Ca(NO3)2 in NH4HPO4 could improve the dispersion of HA precipitate, yielding the less agglomerated powders. Aging the HA precipitate under the boiling temperature led to serious agglomeration of HA particles, and remarkable particles growth was observed on the samples aged under the hydrothermal condition. The aging treatment under the room temperature with stirring for 24h could insure the proper stoichiometric ratio of Ca/P in the product and prevent the growth of the particles.
