电浆熔射奈米级Al2O3/13%(ω)TiO2微粒之涂层特性研究

【摘要】 本研究分别使用传统和奈米级Al2O3/13%(ω)TiO2粉体进行电浆熔射涂层喷覆,并进行结构与特性研究.实验结果显示,从微观结构组织观察得知,传统熔射涂层结构为层状组织(Lamellar Structure),内含部分Al2O3未熔颗粒、Al2O3和TiO2中间相组织与TiO2熔融组织.奈米级熔射涂层结构,除了层状组织外,出现许多颗粒状部分熔融(Partially-Molten)组织,散布于层状组织周围与基材界面处,原来α-Al2O3部分变态为γ-Al2O3,TiO2结晶则固溶于氧化铝涂层中.介电特性方面,奈米级Al2O3/13%(ω)TiO2熔射涂层之崩溃电压为1500 V,介电强度约4.5 kV/mm,介电常数为5.22,相较于传统粉体所喷覆之涂层,半导体特性上有相当大的改变.
【Abstract】 In the present study, we characterized the plasma sprayed coatings with traditional micro-size or nanocrystalline Al2O3/13%(ω)TiO2 (AT13) powders respectively. The results showed that conventional AT13 coatings exhibited a typical lamellar structure where Al2O3 unmelted particles, the intermemediate phase of Al2O3 and TiO2, and melted TiO2 structure can be observed. The nano-AT13 coating, besides the lamellar structure, partially-molten structure dispersed within the lamellar structure, the interface of coating and substrate can be noted. Partially transformation of α-Al2O3 to γ phase can be noticed, while TiO2 formed solid solution with Al2O3. The dielectric properties of the conventional and nanostructured AT13 were examined and significant differences were revealed.
