【Abstract】 Developing an appropriate quantitative assessment system on the quality of Highspectral iamge is important to both development of the highspectral imagery and the application of the Highspectral image. On the base of analyzing the character of the Highspectral imagery and its data, an assessment system’s frame, main function, key technology and primary use are described in this paper.
