空气搅拌式种分槽内流场分布对结疤现象的影响

【摘要】 晶种分解过程中采用的空气搅拌式种分槽存在结疤严重的缺点.本文利用计算流体力学软件对现有两种结构参数的空气搅拌式种分槽内流场进行了数值仿真,从槽内料浆的流动状况找出了结疤产生的原因及规律.仿真结果表明,优化后的种分槽内流场有了明显改善,对缓解结疤现象有一定作用,但不能从根本上解决结疤问题.与现场数据相比较,数值仿真结果与生产实践较为吻合,可用于对生产实践的技术指导,也可作为进一步理论研究的基础.

【Abstract】 There exists serious scaling in the air-agitated tank used in the process of seed precipitation. The fluid field of two tanks with different structure is simulated using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software in this paper. The cause and the regularity of scaling are obtained from the fluid field’s distribution in tanks. The simulation result shows that the fluid field is improved obviously in the optimized tank, which will reduce the scaling phenomena but cannot solve this problem thoroughly. Comparing with the practice data, the simulation result is well consonant with the practice situations and can be used as the technical guide in operation practice or as the foundation for the further research.
