涟钢ROKOP高效方坯连铸凝固数学模型的研究

【摘要】 本文建立了ROKOP型高效连铸的凝固传热数学模型。提出了连铸二冷喷淋系数和二冷有效比水量的概念.该数学模型对ROKOP型铸机和其它类型铸机的连铸具有较高的参考价值。应用该模型进行仿真和优化计算,获得了适应涟钢铸机生产特点的高效连铸二冷制度及二冷控制方式。经生产实践证明,铸机拉速较高.其150×150mm2断面铸坯的最高拉速达到了3.8-4.0m/min左右.铸坯质量良好,二次冷却实现了自动控制.

【Abstract】 In this paper the mathematical model of the heat transfer in solidifying process for Rokop billet during high-efficiency continuous casting is developed. The concepts are put forward for the effective spraying water coefficient and the effective specific special water flowrate of secondary cooling. The model has better application value for ROKOP continuous caster as well as other kinds of casters. By simulation and optimization calculation Using the model, the secondary cooling system and the control pattern of secondary cooling for high-efficiency continuous casting adapting the production characteristic of the caster in Lianyuan Iron & Steel Group Company are obtained. The results of production practice point out the casting speed of continuous casting has increased markedly. And the casting speed is up to 3.8 to 4.0m/min for the billet section 150×150mm2. The quality of billet for high-efficiency continuous casting is good, and the automation of the secondary cooling has been achieved.
