济钢10m~2球团竖炉高效化生产技术改造

【摘要】 采用现场热工测试、冷态实验、过程解析与模拟等手段,以济钢10m2球团竖炉为例进行诊断,找出其存在的主要问题,并根据问题的成因,提出了高效化生产技术改造方案,对竖炉的操作参数和结构参数进行调整和改进,经过一段时间的调试,产量提高了近30%,工序能耗也有所降低,并实现了洁净生产,为钢铁行业以磁铁矿为主要原料的竖炉高效化生产提供依据。

【Abstract】 Pelletizing shaft furnace method is a way to produce acid pellet with Chinese style, which has dominated pellet’s production for many years. It becomes more and more difficult to adapt to the great development of iron and steel industry for PF, and the fundamental way out lies in high-efficiency. In order to increase the output, such measures as thermal test, cold test, process simulation and analysis etc were taken, and then PF was diagnosed, main problems were found out What’s more, improvement plan was put forward, and then the operative and structural parameters were regulated .After the period of try, the output increased about 30%, the energy consumption decreased. The above can adopt to the case whose main raw material is magnetite.
