高频电阻加热轧制复合带过程的简化模型

【摘要】 在高频电阻加热轧制复合材料的实验基础上,建立简化的动态数学模型,研究了复合轧制过程的传热特点及主要工艺参数的影响规律。解麦克斯韦方程确定金属板在高频电流的邻近效应和集肤效应影响下的电流密度分布,进而确定了不均匀分布的内热源,同时考虑了居里点对磁导率的影响。热传导方程描述了该加热过程温度场的变化,数值求解采用内节点法,考虑了相变问题,在此基础上推导了以烩为求解变量的隐式差分方程,实现在复合计算域中的求解。
【Abstract】 The simple dynamic mathematical model is established on the experimental base of high-frequency electricity heating and rolling composite materials. It makes a research on the characteristic of heat transfer in the process of heating and rolling the composite materials with the high-frequency electricity is investigated, and also makes an analysis on the effect that the important technology parameters have on the rolling process. In view of the effect of Curie clicks on leading rate of magnetism, the distribution of the dense of the electricity under the nearly effect of the high-frequency current could be solved and worked out by Maxwell equation, so that the internal heat source can be worked out Heat-conduction equation describes the change of temperature in this process, in view of the phase change, taken enthalpy as object variables, the method of internal point is used to deduce the implicit difference equation for the combination of variables. The evaluation in complex calculation field is realized.
