自适应控制技术在加热炉中的应用
The Use of Adaptive Control in Reheating Furnace

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种自校正自适应控制器的控制算法。其原理是运用最小二乘法进行系统的参数辨识,运用最小方差设计控制器,实现加热炉离线闭环模拟。计算机仿真结果表明这种控制器具有较理想的调节和跟踪能力,有利于工程实现。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced a control algorithm for self-tuning adaptive controller. Its principle is to use least square algorithm to identificate the system parameter, and to use minimum variance to design the controller, and then, to realize the heating furnace closes ring simulation off-line. The results of the computer simulation indicated that this controller possesses ideal functions of regulation and track, and it can be advantageous to engineering completion.
