【摘要】 本文研究了转炉生产含硫非调质钢中硫化物夹杂的控制方法。结果表明:钙系复合脱氧剂和铝系脱氧剂相比,钙系复合脱氧剂显著减少了硫化物夹杂的级别,使硫化物夹杂的尺寸变小、增加了小尺寸硫化物夹杂的数量;硫化物夹杂的形貌也由长条状变为纺锤状及椭球状。含硫非调质钢中含有一定的氧含量,容易获得含MnS的复合型夹杂物。一定的氧含量能够促进硫化物夹杂的变性,更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of control of sulphide inclusions in S - bearing non - quenched - tempered steel manufactured byconverter are investigated in this paper. The results show that sulphide inclusions grade and size are markedly decreased,the amount of small size sulphide inclusions is increased by using calcium compound deoxidizer. The morphology of sul-phide inclusions is changed from strip to spindly and oval shape. MnS - bearing compound type inclusions are easily ob-tained with certain oxygen contents, the oxygen in S - bearing non - quenched - tempered steel may promote modificationof sulphide inclusions.更多还原
