CRH在发热中调节作用的研究进展

【摘要】 CRH是下丘脑分泌的由4 1个氨基酸组成的神经内分泌激素,广泛分布于神经系统及其它组织中。继Vale等(1981)首次测出其氨基酸序列后,人们认识到CRH具有广泛的生物学活性,尤其在体温调节方面CRH作为中枢介质在发热过程中发挥双重调节作用。一方面,CRH参与细胞因子(IL 1β、6 )性发热、应激性发热、以及其它致热性物质(5 TH、含血清素物质、PFPF及EGTA)的生热作用。另一方面,CRH也具有解热作用,可促进内源性解热肽ACTH及αMSH的释放。阐明CRH在发热中的调节作用对进一步认识发热和寻找解热途径将提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 CRH, a neuroendocrine hormone consists of 41 amino acid, which is secreted from hypothalamus, is highly distributed in nervo us system and other tissues. In 1981, Vale initially detected its sequence. Afte r then, many biological avtivities of CRH have been identified. In the term of t hermoregulation, CRH palys a dual action as center mediator in the fever. On one hand, CRH involves in the fever of cytokines、 stress-induced fever、 and pyre tic effects of other pyretogens (5-HT, PFPF and EGTA). On the other hand, CRH a lso has antipyretic role in the fever, and can potentiate the secretion of endog enous antipyretic peptides. ACTH and α-MSH elucidating the regulatory actions of CRH in the fever will further understand fever and provide a new idea in find ing out antipyetic pathways.
