PET/PC共混体系高压结晶样品的X射线衍射分析

【摘要】 <正> 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚碳酸酯(PC)合金材料是80年代中期发展起来的很有前途的工程塑料,如何通过特殊的成型加工方法实现其优异的综合性能是当前高分子成型加工的前沿课题,具有重要的理论意义和应用前景,而高压成型技术是实现这一目的的最有效途径之一。本文在300MPa,613K及6h条件下研究了作为其高压成型理论基础的PET/PC共混体系结晶行为,用宽角X射线衍射法对样品进行了表征。利用拟合分峰法对不同PET/PC体系高压结晶样品结晶度计算结果表明(图1,表1):相同混炼条件下,共混体系随PC比例的
【Abstract】 High-pressure crystallization behaviors of PET/PC blend were investigated by a X-ray diffractometer. Total crystallinity of various samples crystallized at 300MPa,613K and 6h was calculated by deconvolution of WAXD profiles. Mean crystallite size and mean micro-strain of these samples were computed according to W-A/FT method. The tendency of crystallinity, mean crystallite size and mean micro-strain was analyzed for specimens obtained under different conditions. This provides necessary theory basis for high-pressure processing of such blend.
