聚丙烯睛基炭纤维预氧丝取向结构与力学性能研究

【摘要】 <正> 本研究以广角X-射线衍射(WXRD)分析方法对不同处理温度下的聚丙烯睛基预氧丝取向结构进行了分析并测定了其力学性能,得出随着预氧化温度的提高、预氧化程度的加深,纤维的取向结构发生变化,导致其力学性能下降。
【Abstract】 The orientation structure of preoxidized PAN-based carbon fiber under different temperatures was detected by the XRD method which the pole figures and the crystal parameters were obtained. The mechanical properties of the fibers were measured and analysed. The results showed that with the process of the preoxidization the orientation structure of the fiber changed distinctly, corresponding the decreases of the mechanical properties of the fiber.
