CBPC固化基质对模拟汞废物的固化稳定研究

【摘要】 本研究以实现汞废物的固化稳定化为目标,以CBPC——化学键磷酸盐陶瓷为固化基质材料,对含汞废物进行处理研究,探索了稳定剂硫化物、添加物S微粉对CBPC基质的影响。研究表明,CBPC固化体对含废物能有效束缚,适量的硫化钠或硫化钾能促进汞废物的稳定化,添加物S微粉能提高CBPC固化体的固化稳定化性能。CBPC基质对含汞废物的稳定机制是物理包容和化学稳定的共同作用。
【Abstract】 This paper presented the new method for solidification/stabilization of mercury using chemically bonded phosphate ceramics-CBPC. The effect of sulfide and additive on CBPC has been explored. The results showed that the leaching of Hg is very low in CBPC, CBPC matrix can effectively immobilize Hg-contaminated waste in a dense matrix of the ceramic by physical encapculation and chemical stabilization. Small amount of Sulphide and additive can promote the solidification/stabilization of Hg-contaminated wastes.
