pH对于厨余废物两相厌氧消化过程中水解和产酸的影响

【摘要】 本研究探讨了pH在厨余废物两相厌氧消化过程中对于水解和产酸的影响。实验详细考查了厨余废物在四个pH(pH=5,7,9,11)条件下的有机物的水解率和酸化过程中VFA的产量。实验的结果表明:调节pH能够明显提高厨余废物的水解率和酸化过程的产酸量,尤其是在pH为7时,以TOC和COD的溶解化程度所表示的厨余废物的水解率在实验的第9天分别达到了86%和82%;挥发酸在实验的第四天就达到了36gl-1,与其它的pH条件相比,挥发酸的产生量和产生速率都达到了最高。

【Abstract】 Batch experiments were carried out to determine the effect of pH on hydrolysis and acidogenesis of kitchen wastes in the two-phase anaerobic digestion. The solubilization rate and VFA production rate kitchen wastes with controlled-pH at 5, 7, 9 and 11 were evaluated. The results showed pH adjustment could improve both hydrolysis and acidogenesis rate of kitchen wastes. Compared with pH at 5, 9 and 11, pH 7 provided an optimum working condition for anaerobic digestion of kitchen wastes. At pH 7, about 86% of TOC and 82% of COD were solubilized after 9 days and the maximum VFA concentration of 36 g l-1 was achieved on the forth day.
