包埋固定化硝化菌处理含高氨氮废水的研究

【摘要】 本研究采用日本日立成套设备建设公司提供的包埋硝化菌颗粒处理含高氨氮废水,分别以模拟废水和九江酒厂实际废水为对象,研究了硝化菌的颗粒的硝化性能。研究结果表明,对于这两种废水硝化菌颗粒的平均最大硝化速率分别为447.52mgN/L载体·h和120mgN/L载体·h。该包埋硝化菌颗粒具有硝化活性高,耐冲击负荷能力强,易于储存,活性恢复快,机械强度高等特点,适合工业化应用。
【Abstract】 This research is about treating high-strength ammonia wastewater with immobilized nitrifying pellets offered by Hitachi Company. The experiment aimed at simulated wastewater and actual wastewater from JiuJiang Alcohol Company respectively. The nitrifying activity of this kind of pellets is studied primarily, which is a theoretical reference to treating alcohol wastewater with these entrapped pellets. The results show that the maximum even nitrifying rate is 447.52mgN/L-pellet-h for simulated wastewater composed in laboratory. It also shows the good effect when treating alcohol fermentation wastewater, and the maximum nitrifying rate reaches 120mgN/L-pellet-h. This entrapped nitrifier has such characteristics as high nitrifying activity, excellent ability against impact loading rate, easy preservation, fast repristination and mechanical stability, and so on, which is fit for industrial application.
