SBR法好氧吸磷过程中有机物浓度的调控分析

【摘要】 采用城市污水处理厂的污泥进行厌氧/好氧强化驯化,驯化前后污泥的含磷率由1.83%增加至2.89%。在SBR反应器中经过2h厌氧/4h好氧的反应,COD值由246.4mg/L降为45.14mg/L,反应液中的总磷经历了先增后减的过程。在连续4个好氧周期下,污泥的吸磷能力逐渐提高,在第4个周期的除磷速率达到3.44mgP/gMLSS·h,分析了微生物可利用葡萄糖好氧降解产生的能量实现持续的吸磷的原因,提出在不考虑脱氮的工艺中,可缩减厌氧段或减少厌氧反应时间,以提高除磷效率。

【Abstract】 The civil activated sludge was domesticated through anaerobic/aerobic process, the phosphorus-containing rate of the sludge was increased from 1.83% to 2.89% after 2 months’ domestication, the sedimentation improved remarkably and polyphosphate accumulating organisms are preponderant. In the SBR, during 2h anaerobic/4h aerobic period, the total phosphate in the liquid was increased first then decreased, COD was decreased from 246.4mg/L to 45.14mg/L and it was mainly degradation in the aerobic period. During 4 continuous aerobic cycles, the capability of. phosphorus uptake was increased and the phosphorus removal rate is up to 3.44mgP/gMLSS·h in the fourth cycle. In aerobic period, 38ATP can be provided per molecule glucose oxidized and the energy is enough to maintain several continuous aerobic cycle. Thus the anaerobic period can be shortened or cut in a biological phosphorus removal process.
