石墨炉原子吸收光谱法间接测定水中碘

【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,Cu+-[(NH2)2CS]2与碘离子形成离子对,经甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)萃取后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中铜的吸收信号,从而间接求得碘的含量。实验测定碘的含量在0-8 μg.ml-1范围内呈线性关系。对实际水样重复测定11次的相对标准偏差为8.4%。方法简便、快速、重现性好,测定结果满意。
【Abstract】 A method was developed for the indirect determination of iodide by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. In a buffered solution of pH 4.8 , iodide is made to react with copper (Ⅰ)-- thiourea complex .The ternary complex Cu+--[(NH2CS )] 2--Ⅰ is extracted with MIBK . The absorbance of copper in the organic phase is measured by graphite furnace AAS. Iodide concentrations ranging from 0 to 8 μg·m l-1 in aqueous solutions can be determined indirectly .The relative standard deviation is 8.4% .The proposed method was applied to determination of iodide in aqueous solutions with satisfactory results.
