污水处理厂不同工艺对VOCs处理效果对比研究

【摘要】 本文基于美国EPA标准524.2方法,对北小河污水处理厂中几个不同工艺段排水和以回用为目的的深度处理工艺出水中挥发性有机物的浓度。对不同处理工艺去除水中VOCs物质的效果进行了比较。结果表明,北小河污水厂的总入水中挥发性有机物的含量较高,达到76.30μg/L;活性炭深度处理工艺对三类挥发性有机物去除效果明显。出水满足我国2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)规定限值。
【Abstract】 According to American EPA method 524.2, we detected the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in sewage effluents of different treatment stages with purge and trap coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrum detector .The result showed that the raw water had high concentration of VOCs which came to 76.30μg/L. According to the classification of contamination, the total of VOCs could be removed most efficiently by treatment of active carbon technique. The final effluent was satisfactory with Chinese Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).
