PDMDAAC-阳离子膨润土复合材料处理印染废水的研究

【摘要】 本文采用工业PDMDAAC改性膨润土,制得一系列阳离子膨润土复合材料,并用这一系列产品处理模拟染料废水、实际印染废水,实验了处理不同废水的最佳条件和影响因素,探讨了阳离子膨润土对不同废水的去除情况以及作用机理。研究结果表明,阳离子膨润土对分散和活性染料处理效果不同,最佳条件也不相同,对于实际印染废水,处理效果不如模拟废水理想,但与活性炭、原土和PDMDAAC溶液比较,处理效果仍有较大的提高。
【Abstract】 A series of PDMDAAC-bcntonites were synthesized by modifying bentonite with PDMDAAC, and their application to the decolorizing treatment of imitated dyeing wastewater and practical dyeing wastewater were studied. The influence factors and the most appropriate condition of different wastewaters were experimented. The property of PDMDAAC-bentonites and experiment mechanism were also discussed. These results indicated that the decoloration effects and the most appropriate condition of modified bentonite to disperse dye and active dye were different. The results also indicated that the decoloration effect of practical dyeing wastewater was less distinct than that of imitated dyeing wastewater.
