【摘要】 通过2-氰基吡啶出发,经2-氰基吡啶氧化物与2-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇作用生成5-甲基-5-(2-羟乙基)-3-(2-吡啶基)-△2-异噁唑,经LiAlH4开环还原,Dess-Martin试剂氧化脱水制得4-甲基-2,2’-联吡啶。并用红外光谱、质子核磁共振谱等手段对化合物进行了结构鉴定和表征。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 2 - Cyanopyridine, Pyridine - 2 - nitrile oxide was generated in situabd reacted with 2 - methyl - 3 - butene - 1 - ol give 5 - methyl - (2 - hydroxyenthyl) - 3 - (pyrid - 2 - yl) - △2 -isoxazoline.The isoxazoline were reductively ring - opened with LiAlHt and were subjected to Dess - Martin oxidation with concomitant dehydration to give 4 - methyl -2,2’ - bipyridine.
