UG型紫外光固化涂料的性能研究

【摘要】 将由阴离子聚合法合成的可紫外光固化丙烯酸酯星形齐聚物配制成UG-1型紫外光固化涂料,测试了其漆膜的理化性能,并将其性能与相应的丙烯酸树脂丙烯酸酯线性齐聚物与星形齐按不同比例混合所配制的涂料性能进行对比,结果表明,UG-1型涂料粘度低、固化速度快,其漆膜理化性能优异;该涂料可用于室内外使用物件的涂装。
【Abstract】 UG-1 ultraviolet curing coating was prepared by using acrylic ester star-oligomers, which were synthesised by anionic polymerization. The physical and chemical properties of UG-1 coating were determined. The properties of UG-1 coating were compared with the properties of ultroviolet curing coatings which were prepared by using corresponding line oligomers. The results show that the viscosity of UG-1 coating is low and its curing velocity is very fast and the painting membranes have superior chemical and physical properties.
