【摘要】 以镍硫合金为催化剂,使乙炔在氩气和氢气气氛中高温热解,合成了具有类似DNA双螺旋结构的微碳卷。采用上述方法,通过调节镍硫合金的组分得到直径在1μm~12μm之间各种尺寸的微碳卷。对部分微碳卷作了SEX、EDX、Raman、XRD及微波电磁参数的表征,另外对微碳卷的生长机理作了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 Carbon micro-coils were prepared by a catalytic pyrolysis method using acetylene as carbon resource and NixSy alloy as a catalyst The micro-coil is featured by a close double twisted structure in DNA. Carbon micro-coils with various diameters were obtained by varying the alloy catalyst composition. Their morphology, composition and structures were identified and characterized by SEM, EDX, Raman and XRD spectroscopy. The complex relative permittivity and permeability of Carbon micro-coils imbedded in paraffin wax were measured.
