硬脂酸凝胶法制备二氧化锡掺锑纳米粉末及吸波性能研究

【摘要】 本文报道了以硬脂酸为络合、分散剂,与无机锡盐和锑氧化物络合,制备二氧化锡掺锑纳米粉体的软化学方法。用DTA和TG研究了先驱物在空气中的热分解过程;用X射线粉末衍射表征了热分解固体产物并计算了颗粒的大小.在450℃以上热处理都能得到四方晶系的掺锑二氧化锡纳米晶,其粒径随热处理温度的上升而增大。分别在漫反射附件和150毫米积分球中测试了纳米晶的漫反射光谱,结果表明样品不仅在紫外区域内有吸收,而且在近红外区域内也有吸收。实验表明采用硬脂酸凝胶法可以制备掺锑二氧化锡纳米粉体,且能够有效地减少团聚现象的发生。
【Abstract】 In this article, we report a soft chemical route for the preparation of nano SnO2: Sb from complex precursors by the reaction of inorganic salt, oxide and stearic acid. Thermal decomposition of oxalate was studied by DTA and TG in air atmosphere. The solid product of thermal decomposition was characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry and size of the particle was calculated. Tetragonal nanocrystals was gained at 450℃,The mean size of the particles increase with the increase of calcinmation temperatures. The absorption of SnO2:Sb in 200~2500nm has been measured, The diffuse reflection spectrum were tested in Bicocal Accessory Small Spot Size and Iintegrating Sphere for Lambda Sphere 150 mm respectively. The results showed that the absorption of the sample not only in UV, but also in NIR.The research results indicated that Sb-doped nanometer SnO2 has been synthesized by the stearric gel method, and this method can decrease the reunite effectively.
