Ti-35V-15Cr和Ti-25V-15C阻燃钛合金540℃的蠕变行为

【摘要】 阻燃钛合金是先进航空发动机重要的关键材料.其蠕变性能极为重要。研究了两种Ti-V-Cr阻燃钛合金的蠕变行为.结果表明,Ti-35V-15Cr合金的蠕变性能稍好,其α析出相大都连续的分布于晶界,起到晶界强化作用.提高蠕变抗力;Ti-25V-15Cr合金蠕变过程中的α相析出物形貌为棒状,它主要分布于晶界或杂乱地分布于晶内,使蠕变抗力降低。
【Abstract】 The creep behavior of two kinds of Ti-V-Cr bum resistant titanium alloys was researched. The results show that Ti-35V-15Cr alloy has little better creep property. Its a precipitates distribute continuously in grain boundaries, which strengthens its grain boundaries and increases its creep behavior. There are bar-like α precipitates in Ti-25V-15Cr alloy during creep exposure, which mainly distributes in grain boundaries and/or grains without law, results in decrease of creep resistance.
