GL型高温热风炉的开发研究
Study on GL Style High Temperature Hot-blast Stove

【摘要】 喷流换热及插入件技术应用在GL型热风炉上,在相同的换热面积下与板单面,光管对流换热相比,平均换热系数提高1倍,在相同的换热量下,结构更紧凑。在高温空气侧采用喷流冲击换热可降低内筒壁温,可进一步降低对炉体材质的要求,可实现低制造成本高出口风温。在实际应用中,此种热风炉还具有升温快,效率高,污染小等优点。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the application of jet stream exchanging heat and interpositiontechnology to GL style high temperature hot-blast stove is described. With the same area of exchanging heat, this kind of hot-blast stove average exchangingheat coefficient is 1 times as that of single board and merely pipe convectively exchanging heat. At the same time, with the same amount of exchanging heat, its structure is more tightly packed. Because of the application of jet stream exchanging heat in high temperature air side, not only the temperature of inner cylinder is decreased, the constraint of stove body materials reduced, but also lower manufacturing cost and higher outlet wind temperature is realizable. In the practical application of this kind of hot-blast stove, there are many good effects such as increasing temperature quickly, high efficiency and less pollution etc.
