【摘要】 本文从空间信息技术的发展、空间信息数据库建设和空间信息技术的集成等方面介绍了空间信息技术的发展趋势,简要介绍了城市开放空问系统的概念,进一步阐述了建立城市开放空间信息系统的必要性和可行性;以此为基础,详细阐述了城市开放空间信息系统的设计和实施,主要包括城市开放空间信息系统的总体设计和子系统设计;最后提出了包括系统效率评价、系统可靠性评价、系统可扩展性评价、系统可移植性评价和系统效益评价等五个方面在内的城市开放空间信息系统评价方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, authors introduced the tendency of space information technology, which include the development of space information technology, the constructing of space information database, and the integrating of space information technology, and then introduced the concept of urban open space system. And then the writers discoursed the necessity and possibility of designing information system of urban open space system. And then authors set forth in detail the designing and implementing of information system of urban open space system, which includes system designing and subsystem designing. At last, this paper brings forward the assessment plan for information system of urban open space system, for example, the assessment of system efficiency, the assessment of system reliability, the assessment extended function, the assessment of system transplantation, the assessment of system benefit and so on.更多还原
