垂直运动永磁直线同步电动机电磁力角控制策略的研究

【摘要】 针对垂直运动永磁直线同步电动机的特点,通过对力角特性及稳定性分析,得出了电磁力角控制策略。该控制策略,将直线电机的稳定控制引入到最大推力控制中,通过控制电机的电磁力角,实现直线电机的速度控制。试验表明响应速度快、超调量小,有效地提高了永磁直线电动机垂直运输系统运行的稳定性、可靠性和电机的运行效率。
【Abstract】 Abstract: According to the characteristics of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM)for vertical movement, the control strategy of electromagnetic thrust angle is obtained byanalyzing the thrust--angle and stability properties. The stable motor control is introducedto the maximum thrust control by using this strategy. The velocity control is realized throughthe control of electromagnetic thrust angle. The response speed is quick and theover--regulation is small. So the stability, credibility and running efficiency of the verticaltransportation of PMLSM are improved significantly.
