带形中间相沥青纤维的制备与不熔化研究

【摘要】 考察了不同温度下芳香基中间相沥青带形截面纤维的纺制。发现303℃为最佳的纺丝温度。通过分析带形截面中间相沥青基纤维的氧化热失重图,确定其不熔化阶段升温制度。并且对比了带形与圆形截面中间相沥青纤维在不同条件下得到的不熔化纤维的红外谱图,分析了它们在不熔化过程中各基团的变化。证明带形纤维在300℃就能达到适度的不熔化效果,即在此温度下,带形不熔化纤维在一定压力下具有自粘结性而不破坏纤维的基本取向结构。圆形纤维在360℃不熔化才能达到同样效果。
【Abstract】 The best spinning temperature in given pressure and spinning velocity are determined in 303℃ for a new naphthyl-based mesophase pitches. By means of oxidation themal gravity(TG) on new ribbon-shaped mesophase pitch-based fibers, its system of increasing temperature in thermal-oxidized stabilization process was estabilished. And change of some functional groups in thermal-oxidized stabilization process was analyzed from comparing IR of ribbon-shaped stabilized fibers in different condition with it of round-shaped fibers. It shows that proper stabilization for ribbon-shaped mesophase pitch-based fibers in 300℃ could reach better effect, viz oriented structure of these fibers don’t destroyed in given pressure and are provided with property of self-felt. However, similar stabilized effect for round-shaped fibers is present in 360℃.
