连铸连轧非调质钢屈服强度的计算

【摘要】 本文利用合金相晶胞最强共价键上的共用电子数nA及与合金界面应力相匹配的相界面电子密度差△ρ,结合轧制中的相变及强化机制,分别计算了在固溶强化、界面强化、弥散强化、析出强化的不同强化机制下的强度增量△σb,提出了计算非调质钢终轧屈服强度的方法。钢在屈服过程中,应是强度增量小的结构单元首先产生塑性变形,强度增量大的结构单元起支撑作用。于是,非调质钢终轧屈服强度应为抗拉强度减去最大的强度增量。以汽车大梁钢BG510L计算为例,并作了产前及在线性能预报。
【Abstract】 Combined with the phase transformation and strengthening mechanism, the strength increments (?) under different strengthening mechanisms of solution strengthening, interface strengthening, dispersion strengthening and precipitation strengthening were calculated respectively by using the cova-lent electron number nA of the strongest covalent bond in alloying phase cells and the interface electron difference (?) matching the interface stress of alloys. The calculation method of terminal yield strength in non-quenched-tempered steel was given in this paper. During the process of yielding of steel, the structure units with smaller strength increment will first give rise to plastic deformation, while thoes with bigger strength increment should play a part in bracing. Therefore, the yield strength can be achieved by the subtraction of the tensile strength and the strength increment of the phase with the biggest strengthening inerement. Taken the automobile cross-beam steel as an example, the prediction of properties is performed before production or on line.
