基于NiZnAl催化剂的碳纳米管合成、表征及机理研究

【摘要】 采用FC化合物为一种新型催化剂——NiZnAl催化剂的前驱物,以催化裂解CH4法合成了多种形态的碳纳米管。在相同工艺条件下,管状、鱼骨状、竹节状、分叉状碳纳米管均被观测到。对所合成的碳纳米管,以SEM、TEM、HRTEM、XRD和Raman等多种方法进行了表征。对于多形态碳纳米管的生成,详细探讨了其生长机理。提出了在催化热解过程中,催化剂颗粒是一种类似泥石流或熔岩状的“准液态结构”这样一种新学术观点。
【Abstract】 Carbon nanotubes were synthesized by catalytic pyrolysis method with a kind of new type catalyst——nickel-zinc-alumina catalyst prepared from Feitknecht compound. Tubular carbon nanotubes, bamboo-shaped carbon nanotubes, herringbone carbon nanotubes and branched carbon nanotubes were all found formed at the same process condition. SEM, TEM, HRTEM, XRD and Raman are employed to characterize these carbon nanotubes with different morphologies, while growth mechanism of carbon nanotubes was discussed detailedly. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the catalyst is a kind of quasi-liquid state structure during catalytic pyrolysis process.
