碱性溶液的pH值对钽电极上电聚合聚吡咯膜的影响
Influence of pH on Electrodeposited on Tantalum of Polypyrrole (PPy) in the Alkaline Medium

【摘要】 在对甲基苯磺酸根作为支撑电解液的碱性水溶液中,钽电极上电化学合成了聚吡咯(PPy),并研究了溶液pH值对PPy性能的影响。采用恒电流法合成时发现:当溶液pH值为7时,合成的PPy膜的电导率和在酸性溶液中所得的值相近,约70 S/cm;但是,当pH进一步升高时,PPy的电导率急剧下降;溶液pH为11时,PPy膜不能完全覆盖电极表面;当溶液pH值高于12后,在钽电极上无PPy生成,而是钽电极被氧化。采用循环伏安法合成时发现,即使pH值高达14,仍在钽电极上得到了PPy膜,但其电导率约为1 S/cm左右。同时也发现支撑电解液老化速率随着pH值的升高也变得越来越慢。我们用扫描电镜观测到,从pH=7开始在“椰菜花”状的PPy的表面上出现了羊角状的微观形貌;在pH=9时,其表面全为“羊角”状的微观形貌,但随着pH值的升高,其表面又出现了“椰菜花”状的微观形貌,在pH值大于等于12以后,其表面全为“椰菜花”状的微观形貌。
【Abstract】 The influence of pH on electrosynthetic PPy films on tantalum in alkaline mediums has been investigated. In this paper, PPy was electrodeposited by means of galvanostatic and potentiodynamic method in aqueous solutions with p-toluenesulfonate ion as counter ions. It was shown that the conductivity of PPy(TOS) films with pH =7 is approximate to that of PPy electrodeposited in acid solutions, whereas the conductivity decreases sharply with the pH increasing. Interestingly, the aging process of the basic solution was become slower than that of the acid solution. There was even no PPy film deposited galvanostatically on tantalum when pH = 12. But,the PPy films cauld be electrosynthesised poten tiodynamically even if pH = 14. The morphology is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , horn- and cauliflower-like structure is observed.
