镁合金冷轧板材及其冲压成形

【摘要】 目前镁合金板材几乎是采用热轧板与温轧板,力学性能较低,并且用热轧生产1 mm以下的薄板比较困难。本文采用厚度为1.5-4.0mm的AZ31B镁合金热轧板材为原材料,通过冷轧获得了厚度为0.5—1.0mm的冷轧板材,经过适当退火工艺后,获得均匀细小的等轴晶,并具有较好的综合性能。用厚度为0.8 mm的冷轧板材,冲压出了笔记本电脑外壳、手机外壳等壳形件。实现了镁合金的冷冲,冷冲出了圆盘壳形件,对镁合金薄板的应用具有非常重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Magnesium alloy sheets almost are produced by means of hot rolling, and their mechanical behavior is low. It is great difficulty to produce sheet by hot rolling, which thickness is less than 1mm. In this paper, cold rolled AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet of 0. 5 - 1. 0 mm thickness was obtained by cold rolling with primary materials of hot rolled sheet of 1. 5 - 4. 0 mm thickness. With optimal annealing technique, the cold rolled sheet had good combination properties with uniform and fine recrystal-lized grains. The shells of notebook PC and mobile telephone were gained by warm stamping with cold rolled sheet of 0. 8 mm thickness. The cold stamping of magnesium alloy was come true. Disk parts were attained by cold stamping, which was of great moment to application of magnesium alloy sheet.
