Zn对Mg-3Al系合金铸态组织和DSC峰形的影响

【摘要】 通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和DSC分析,研究了Zn元素对Mg-3Al合金铸态组织和DSC峰形的影响。研究结果表明:无论Zn元素含量如何变化,Mg-3Al-xZn合金的铸态组织中均存在相当数量的共晶组织。其共晶组织主要沿晶界或枝晶边界分布;而随着Zn含量的增加,枝晶变得细小、共晶化合物的数量逐渐增多。此外,研究结果还发现Mg-3Al-xZn(x=3,5或7)合金DSC曲线的峰形变化比较接近,但与Mg-3Al-1Zn合金DSC曲线的峰形变化存在一定差别。
【Abstract】 The effects of Zn element on the as-cast microstructure and the DSC curve shape of Mg-3 Al magnesium alloys were investigated by means of optical microscope, SEM and DSC analysis. The experimental results showed that the eutectic structures were always found in the as-cast microstructure of Mg-3Al-xZn alloys. With the increasing of Zn content, the dendrite structure was refined in the as-cast microstructure of Mg-3Al-xZn alloy, and the amount of eutectic structure increased gradually. The results also indicated that the variation law of the DSC curves shape of Mg-3 M-xZn (x =3, 5 or 7) alloys were similary, but they were different from that of the Mg-3Al-lZn magnesium alloys.
