氧化锰电极的微结构与电容行为研究

【摘要】 利用高锰酸钾和醋酸锰溶液之间的液相共沉淀法制备纳米水合氧化锰。通过超声混合技术,制备氧化锰/炭黑混合物,以泡沫镍作集流体制成氧化锰电极,以1 mol/L:Na2SO4作为电解液,利用循环伏安法研究其电化学性能。结果表明,氧化锰电极在1 mol/L Na2SO4电解液中具有良好的循环稳定性和可逆性,在-0.2~+0.9 V(vs.SCE)的电位窗口内具有典型的电容行为,当扫描速度为4 mV/s时,电极比容量达到203.4 F/g。电极的循环伏安特性取决于电压的扫描速度,随着扫描速度的增加,电极比容量呈下降趋势。
【Abstract】 Amorphous α-MnOx · nH2O was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method by mixing KMnO4 and manganese acetate aqueous solution. α-MnOx · nH2 O and acetylene black was mixed by ultrasonic radiation method. Electrochemical characterizations of manganese oxide electrode pressed on foam nickel current collector were carried out by cyclic voltammetry( CV) in Imol/L Na2SO4 aqueous electrolyte. The specific capacitance of 203. 4 F/g was obtained at the scan rate of 4mV/s in the range of - 0. 2 ~ + 0. 9 V ( vs. SCE) . The current-voltage characteristics of CV depended strongly on the scan rate. The specific capacitance decreased with increasing scan rate. Cyclic stability of the manganese oxide electrode also examined.
