【摘要】 利用系统溶剂分析法对干燥桑枝进行提取分析,获得几种提取产物,分别测定其中总黄酮含量;建立高脂动物模型,对其中总黄酮含量较高的两种提取产物进行灌胃给药治疗,测定血清中的总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,比较它们对高脂血症小鼠的减肥及降血脂效果;结果表明,溶剂A、B、C、D、E、F 提取产物中的总黄酮含量分别为0.622mg/g,0.492mg/g,0.693 mg/g,0.593 mg/g,0.464mg/g,0.407mg/g。经灌胃治疗后,溶剂C、A 提取产物对体重的降低率分别为15%和8.9%;血清中的总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平均有不同程度的下降,其中经溶剂C 提取产物治疗后小鼠血清总胆固醇水平和甘油三酯水平与阳性组比较差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the hypolipid and weight reducing effects of the Ramulus mori,six extracts ofthe Ramulus mori were gained and the total flavone of them were determined respectively.Hyperlipidemia mice model were constituted and two extracts with more total flavones wereselected to treat the models,the weight change and the serum level of total cholesterol (TC) andtriglyceride (TG) of every group were determined after three weeks.The results showed that thetotal flavone of extracts of solvent A、B、C、D、E、F were 0.622mg/g,0.492mg/g,0.693mg/g,0.593mg/g,0.464mg/g,0.407mg/g respectively.The extracts of solvent C、A were selected totreat the rats.The extracts of solventC,A can reduce the weight and the serum levels of TC andTG compared with electropositive control group at different rate,and the hypolipidemic effect ofthe extracts of solvent C is much more remarkable.更多还原
