【摘要】 本文提供了一种家蚕单粒卵微量基因组DNA 快速提取的方法,提取的DNA 能够满足PCR 扩增进行RAPD 检验的要求,可以供家蚕品种和纯度的单粒蚕卵检测使用。利用此方法从江苏省家蚕主要品种苏菊、明虎及其一代杂交种蚕卵快速提取出基因组DNA,用RAPD 随机引物S77稳定扩增出各品种的DNA特异性片段,能够对苏菊、明虎原种及其一代杂交种进行鉴定。进一步对各品种的DNA 特异性片段进行测序和分析,并设计出SCAR 标记引物,能够进行苏菊、明虎原种及其一代杂交种准确、快捷的鉴定。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provide a method of extract DNA rapidly from single silkworm egg,theextracted DNA can meet demand of the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) aftermultiplication by polymerase chain reaction (PCR),so can use to identify the variety and purity ofsingle silkworm egg.By this way the DNA were extracted rapidly from the China main silkwormvarieties of Suju,Minghu and their hybrids,then use primer S77 to amplify trace DNA specificbands from the varieties which can be used to identify them.Further sequence and analysis theDNA bands and design mark primers of characterized amplified regions (SCAR) in order toidentify the varieties accurately and quickly.更多还原
