【摘要】 VP19是对虾白斑综合征病毒WSSV 的主要囊膜蛋白,本研究采用昆虫—杆状病毒表达系统在与对虾同属节肢动物的家蚕体内表达VP19基因,选用菁松×皓月5龄起蚕,接种重组病毒HyNPV-VP19,得到了后加工较为完善的VP19重组蛋白.为探讨WSSV 感染对虾的分子机制及该病的免疫预防提供了一定的物质基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 VP19 gene is the main envelope protein of white spot syndrome virus (WSSV),byusing the Baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS),Bombyx mori——the same genus ofarthropod to Shrimp,choosing the fifth-instar silkworm Qingsong×Haoyue,then the recombinantvirus HyNPV-vp19 of VP19 genes was injected into the larvae,and we have obtained therecombinant protain which supplies the basic study to research on the molecule theory of virusinfecting the host and how to do with the immunologic defence.更多还原
