【摘要】 阿维菌素是一类广泛应用于农业害虫防治的生物杀虫剂,为了探讨该农药对桑树害虫的可能性,笔者通过室内试验测定了阿维菌素、敌敌畏对桑尺蠖毒力,在试验24h、48h 和72h 时,阿维菌素对桑尺蠖毒力LC₅₀分别为0.0177、0.0139和0.0137（ml/L）,而在同样条件下,敌敌畏对桑尺蠖毒力LC₅₀分别为1.94、2.5和3.89×103（ml/L）.因此,阿维菌素对桑尺蠖毒力明显大于敌敌畏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Avermectins is a kind of biological pesticide used widely inagricultural pests.In order to know to using this reagent to control mulberrypests,the auther tested virulence of this pesticide and DDVP to a type insectpest in mulberry,Pthonandria atrilineata,in laboratory conditions.Thelethal 50% concentration of Avermectins are 0.0177,0.0139 and 0.0137(ml/L) after test began 24h,48h and 72h,while DDVP are 0.1455,0.400 and0.2571 (ml/L) separately at the same conditions.Therefore,Pthonandriaatrilineata virulence of avermectin is much higher as that of DDVP.更多还原
